Srushti deshmukh who is in her third engineering year, has already begun to study for UPSC. While she was graduating, she wondered if engineering was the best choice for her. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled that she had, she set out to work in civil service. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil service, and to pursue an opportunity to work in public service. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm as she remained focused in her pursuit to become an IAS. The job required to be an IAS officer can be much more. She would study her engineering classes and study for UPSC as well as other disciplines. Every day, she set aside some time for preparation. She got ready for the engineering exams in just 1 1/2 months and avoided social life as well as social media altogether. She is convinced that focus is the most important factor to succeed in the government examination and be an officer in the civil service. She wanted to pass through the exam in one go, and she was able to put in a lot of effort. Daily, she would read the newspaper to keep abreast of the latest news.
